We don't store anything.

When you request an appointment, this website does not save anything. Your name, phone number, and the doctor and time you chose are put straight into a WhatsApp message to the clinic, or emailed to the clinic if you use the email option. The website keeps no copy and no database.

The form deliberately has no box for symptoms or medical history. Please don't type any — the clinic will ask you about that in person, where it belongs.

Once your message reaches the clinic, it is held by the clinic like any other patient enquiry. If you want it deleted, ask them.
